To promote his new book, The Book Thief, Australian Young Adult author Markus Zusak visited the Library to speak to Upper Schoolers on March 22, 2006. He entertained us with his stories about growing up, his inspiration for his books, and read from The Book Thief. Students were able to buy and get books signed. Thanks to Quail Ridge Books for helping us set up the visit!
